How do I get started?

All you need to do is pick a team name, fill in your company name, and the name of your point of contact.

How long does it take to set up Skustack?

With the Basic plan, you can set up Skustack right away and be up and running in no time. The Skustack Premium plan can take up to 2 weeks to setup.


What type of Support do you provide?

Both of our plans have emergency 24/7 phone support and unlimited ticket support.

What devices does Skustack support?

The Skustack software works on almost all devices running Android level 5.0 and up. We do recommend using official Skustack devices. You can find them in our Store.

Can I use Skustack with my iPhone?

Currently, Skustack only supports android devices.

How many devices can I use?

You can use an unlimited number of devices and have an unlimited number of users no matter which plan you’re on — Basic or Enterprise.

How secure is my data with Skustack?

We take the security of our clients’ data very seriously. All of your data is stored on our secure servers and only you and your team have access to it.

Can Skustack be used without Bin management?

Skustack can be used even if you don’t use bins. A simple adjustment to the settings allows you to disable bins and bin related features.
